This is going to be our entry this year: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtSd_N2QokM&feature=related , what do you think?
It's not really my type of music and in my opinion we've had better and worse than that... :D At one certain moment of the song, for just a second, it even resembles T.A.T.U.'s "Ya Soshla S Uma" in my opinion :D

nikoleta_rangelova what do you think?
It's really not bad. It reminds me a little of Roxette. And, yes, partly it also reminds of T.A.T.U., although there is quite a big difference between those two
I have listened to only very few of this year's Eurovision songs. Wanted to wait untill all of them are chosen.

Christos Mylordou from Cyprus sang a Robbie Williams song at a show. This is the song that he will sing at the ESC. I actually quite like it.
The song from Azerbaijan is not chosen yet. Only the singers are selected.

Of course, there is :D I just found a tiny piece that sounds like their song :D

Aha I see.
This year I missed the BG National Selection. I don't even know what the rules were. One day they just chose someone and that was it %) It seems there weren't even semi-final and final, or I missed the sem-final.

I only know one year it's a french speaking person and the other year a dutch speaking. Don't ask me who. I'm only sure I never heard of him/her. BTW : Are you working hard on your first album ? I asked in the stores but they don't know you. Stupid people :-) You may allways send me a trial version.

My top 10 is :

Bosnia and Herzegovina (very interesting composition) 6. Poland (reminds me of Ruslana) 7. Belarus (epic song) 8. Russia (nice tune) 9. Ukraine (very nice mid-tempo song) 10. UK (nice poppy acr)

I always distinguish between my favourites and my prediction which is not necessarily the same. There are some songs which I like, but which I think have no chance. And there are some songs, which I don't like, but which I think will get a good score.
My favourites 1. Bosnia 2. Cyprus 3. Hungary 4. Turkey 5. Russia 6. Netherlands 7. Norway 8. Azerbaijan 9. Israel 10. Bulgaria
My prediction 1. Bosnia 2. Hungary 3. Russia 4. Turkey 5. Azerbaijan 6. France 7. Norway 8. Germany 9. UK 10. Denmark

but i think UK has a big chances, cause Blue is a very well known group and has a lot of fans out of UK, i don't know.... but it's a bit unfair, such a popular group shouldn't be participating in that kind of contest

Most of the people here don't understand that. Maybe they didn't have enough courage to give another newcomer a chance - or it was simply cheaper not to initiate another casting show.
what's gonna happen then?
Hope that won't happen! Nobody can take a third time Lena!

I never listen to the ESC songs before the actual ESC ... Sth like a tradition, for me to hear them for the first time at the contest and live. What I must say is that yesterday's semi-final turned out a huge disappointment. Most songs were worse than the average stuff one hears every day, and some just ridiculous. Who I loved most was the Lithuanian girl - she has an amazing voice, a great song and I simply loved everything about her performance. Apart from her, I liked the songs of Georgia, Hungary , Albania, Norway and Azerbaijan, approximately in this order. If it hadn't been for the Lithuanian girl, it wouldn't have been worth the following 4 hours of sleep for me :D
