Well, if the things are right, there is also a way to register by using another email adress, which isn't ending on the very populair @hotmail.com, @msn.com and @yahoo.com
Try to use for example the @ruslana.org. Most times it will accept that email adress. If you encounter any problems while registering at the English eBay you could also try to register at the Dutch eBay, that's where I registered without any problems. I could help you through the registering progress.

Wild Energy single is available now at umka.com.ua.I have ordered almost all my Ruslana CDs there. It is dead easy with credit card and they deliver very fast (one week).

ooooooooh!! I really want it, gosh see all the bonuses that comes with it!! I have never ordered from there and I asked my husband to borrow his creditcard as I dont have any. He dont have any money there he said and the shippingcost cost almost as much as the single itself, so that would be an expensive single then.....but I guess thats better than nothing. Its not likely it will turn up in the swedish recordstores....

I am ordering at that site aswell. They also accept Western Union as payment. If you want to pay by Western Union, you simply have to click on 'Other' and state Western Union in your 'Special Comments' line. You will get a email then which says they usually don't accept WU. Reply on that, stating this might be the only way to pay the item. They will probably send you a email back to you with the adres and the total amount to be send.
NEW:
If you order above 25USD, you will get A SIGNED Wild Energy Single.

Well, from your words I can conclude that you succesfully registered at eBay.
How to pay?
Well, I usually pay with www.paypal.com, since it's easy to use and safe. You need to register an account there. (It states again that you need to be 18+, but I didn't encountered any problems). Then you need to transfer some money from your bank account to your paypal account, and then you are able to pay.

There is no point to travel to another country to buy a Ruslana CD. It is much easier and cheaper to mail order them from umka.com.ua. This a is very reliable and fast mail order service. I have got almost all my Ruslana CDs from them and I am more than satisfied with their service.
