I tried to launch it in the VLC but it doesn't work. Link is http://195.200.64.243:8103/IPTV_Service/SearchTVstreams.ashx?mswmext=.asx&sessionkey= hvyt5w45tiltk1m4bfsris45&channel=UT-1&lang=ua

I used it on Windoes media player but it's just like on the site..only buffering.

Windows media player never played links for me. Only VLC. Player always say only that the server is unavilable.
