I don't know what does "Çiğ köfte" mean in English. My dictionary says:
"dish made of raw ground meat, pounded wheat, and red pepper."

I found this link from a Ukrainian forum. For this reason I created thistopic. For finding rare Ruslana videos. I'll write to that topic if I find something more.
I don't have any idea about the date of this video.
