I love this photo! And the style which belongs to this costume. I can't upload promotion videos with it as they are included in one of the Ruslana's DVD, but theese videos are really wonderful!

Top Ukrainian singer Ruslana Stepanivna Lyzhychko, 36, smiles during a press conference in Seoul, Wednesday. Lyzhychko helps promote the legal status of "Goryeo-in," or Korean descendants, in the East European country. A winner at the 2004 Euro Vision, she served as a lawmaker between 2006 and 2007. She will leave for Moscow, Russia, today to give a performance, after ending a four-day visit to Seoul.

Great photos how dancers are preparing for the performance.
And another one with Ruslana taken from the backstage. You can see the VIP zone with fans which is closer to the stage and separated from the zone for the wider audience.
Making costumes sleeveless change them a lot, I think that it's better like that.

Yes, it's better, it doesn't look as much like a motorcycle suit as the long sleeved one.

It's especially definitely more wild!  See that on the first photo dancers have sleeves. It's possible that Ruslana told them after that, but before the concert to take them off.

And I like when some of Ruslana's hair, (or the dancers') fall on their arms No idea if this is an intended effect:D It's just better and wilder
