I think you can - if you look for it in kazaa or soulseek or something, but you'll have to search for a version that includes the crack file as well, and it is a BIG program, too.

If you are talking about GIMP program, i have the lithuanian version of it. I downlouded it with DC++.

I work with Paint Shop Pro 8. Normally it's a program to work with photos, but it's also good to make wallpaper.

Please follow the instructions from
this topic about showing the forum pictures.
Remember that you have to publish your wallpaper online first to be able to show it. You can easy do that on a online photoalbum.
