wow! you;re on the second semi-final, but it doesn't make sense the first to not be broadcast.....BG will perform at the second semi--as well, but here it will be broadcast, or at least on the news it was announced.

Yes thanks but they usually broadcast final only here. Nothing on TV. And when I installed their plug-in for online stream whole computer failed and ned to be restarted. I put so much effort to watch this channel when Ruslana was in Baku but not now.

------

Please would somebody share the information about telephone number and form for SMS to vote for Azerbaijan? Thanks so much!!!

I don't understand this phenomenon. Here everything stops and it's impossible to put advertisements when program is going ... it would put watchers off. In general there are advertisements in the broadcasts, of course, but programm is waiting.

Well, as NDR is public television, there should be no commercials.
(watching it on TV)

I'm watching it on an ordinary TV channel, not om my PC, not on the internet.

t's impossible to put advertisements when program is going
haha, there was a rule here for some time to not be any advertisements or at least not longer than 2-3 min while some programme is going, but it was temporary....and then they probably thought that since Ruslana was not an ESC entry this year, her second performance was not important.......omg, I was watching ESC exactly for this! gr

10 Poland

This could well be, the german host told that Germans can only vote today, we have been drawn for the first semi.

I like the Bosnian song, it has a certain 80s' flair.

Oh, I didn't know that there were such die??-who when to vote.....this doesn't seem to be fair to me, I mean, they must have chosen at least the number of countries which are allowed to vote at one of the finals to be 50%-50% small - big countries, respectively more - fewer SMS

ufff did I say it clearly??

So, wespe, I don't know when you can vote-today or at the 2nd semi final

Yes.

But the votes are counted by country anyway. So all participants of todays semi can vote today and also Germany and another country of the "Big 4". The rest can vote in the second semi.

And Finland was nice. Hu! Ha!

and I'll be allowed to vote on Thirsday.let me write it here to not forget it

So all participants of todays semi can vote today
hahahaha, what a luck that the countries for which I wanted to vote are in the second semi, haha

And Finland was nice. Hu! Ha!
Ha! Hi! Ok!

so there are some new rules about this year's ESC I have really missed.........So far, all songs from the top ten of the previous year autoamtically went to the final. And there was only one semi. I hoped that since last year BG was at 5th place, we would go directly to the final this year without pre-electing but naah, no...

I'm glad I didn't miss anything.

I've got the feeling that it's not about having the most song, but the most stupid song.

For the first time in a lot of years I thought that the Netherlands had the best song. It was vocally fine, good tune.

Well, this year I gave my first personal political vote. Dla Polski.

The song was only average, but they finished on place 13 of the semi for several years and after all I am nearly polish, so: A call for the land of my ancestors.

And lots of calls for Finland, I admit.

I think the case in '04 was the same .....balades, balades, balades until you got sick (Zhelko Yoksimovich's Lane Moe is a wonderful song), and then Ruslana appeared and woke up the audience Then 2005 was much better and I have more recorded songs from Esc 2006.....2007 I remember only with Macedonia and Serbia. ESC '08 I'm afraid I will remember for a short time......

That's cool. I thought that countries are sending the best what do they have but we had better who has failed in the national voting.

Thanks, I'll check Netherlands tomorrow.
