I searched and found this: Here you can read that the logo of Eurovision is probably drawn so maybe it's not any font. Or do you mean something different than the logo?

OmG, I'm again offtopic, but I clicked your link and one of the users there, the one who says it ia a painted font, look at his/avatar/banner/whatever I thought it was a real bug on the screen.
