Well Amazon is a forest right?
You mean Amazonas river in South America.
I meant the Amazon Rainforest in south america, im sure there is one called amazon hence river amazonas.

Yes, but this river and rainforest is called after the greek myth, it was discovered in the 1500's and the greek myth is from about 400 before Christ

The second video will take us to the part of the story of the book where Lana meets a wild tribe in the mountains after having escaped from the city. Together with the tribe she fights the factory.
Given this background, the song title "Amazon" = female warrior, makes sense.

Maybe... as she starts to feel the wild energy her appearance changes and becomes more healthier like the wild ruslana, maybe the tribe she finds calls themselves "Amazon" but it would actually be quite cool if she evolved like a pokemon (maybe not as cheesy as pokemon)

No. That are the preparations for Amazon! Esther said that Ruslana said at the fan meeting that she is working at a new song called "Amazon" ! She is working at a new song in the video and this song can't be other than "Amazon"! Look at the pics and you will realise that there she looks like a true Amazon !
