It seems that the voting also works every day. I tried it now and it allowed me to vote the second time.
This is bringing the speculation that all the votings are possible to do again when all the servers are being restarted in the midnight (usual time but it's not a rule, of course) and their history is cleared.

I don't know yet. Probably, always there is voting in radio station for top ten. There should be Ruslana's song there. It seens to me in Gala Radio "Silent Angel" is still there.
