If it has been posted several times in this voting period as you said, it may lose the informational value next time when voting will be really restarted. I have an easy plan how to tell about the voting to more people who still didn't vote.

Oops, I missed that your question.
Very simply. I've posted it to my Czech website detailed instructions how to vote for Ruslana in favor.com.ua, and asked the most active people in the international fan clubs by e-mail to do so in their native languages, too so Ruslana can get votes from people who don't know English, Ukrainian or Russian.
Kozi in the Polish fan club and Sandra in the Spanish fan club already did it. Thanks a lot for your support!

All is cognized in comparison. Why do overhead performers have more voices? Because they have more fans and admirers, which pi-are these voting everywhere where it is only possible.
P.S. Time of voting is convention which does not talk not very much just.

Yes, that's true. I wanted to say that in the case of favour.com.ua quantity cannot be substituted by devotion (like voting every hour etc.).
