I don't think the problem is in the "FIZZY" quality but in the sugar these drinks contain

Ok, to all cola-lovers: what's the difference between cola and pepsi? I've never been able to figure it out (I rarely drink this, actually) apart form the fact that pepsi tastes sweeter to me.

The only difference is that Pepsi is Pepsi and CocaCola is CocaCola. Aww, CocaCola has its irreplaceable taste, that's why it's the best of colas for me.

Wikipedia says:

Coca-Cola is a carbonated soft drink sold in stores, restaurants and vending machines internationally. The Coca-Cola Company claims that the beverage is sold in more than 200 countries.[1] It is produced by The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia, and is often referred to simply as Coke (a now genericized trademark) or (in European and American countries) as cola, pop, or in some parts of the U.S., soda. Originally intended as a patent medicine when it was invented in the late 19th century by John Pemberton, Coca-Cola was bought out by businessman Asa Griggs Candler, whose marketing tactics led Coke to its dominance of the world soft-drink market throughout the 20th century.

The first Coca-Cola recipe was invented in a drugstore in Columbus, Georgia by John Pemberton, originally as a cocawine called Pemberton's French Wine Coca in 1885.[3] He may have been inspired by the formidable success of Vin Mariani, a European cocawine.

Pepsi is a carbonated soft drink produced and manufactured by PepsiCo. It is sold in many places such as retail stores, restaurants, schools, cinemas and from vending machines. The drink was first made in the 1890s by pharmacist Caleb Bradham in New Bern, North Carolina. The brand was trademarked on June 16, 1903. There have been many Pepsi variants produced over the years since 1898.

Let's continue our discussion here.

....Irish stew, which is cooked with lamb

The one cooked in Romania it's with pork. I don't like lamb of beef.

Pichelsteiner

I googled it and it definitely doesn't look as the stew I'm used to.

I don't know the Romanian word for stew

It's tocană or tocăniţă and it looks like this :

I think stew and borsh are totally different things. Stews can be whatnot, indeed, but borsh contains only vegetables and is also more "watery" than stew. At least that's the notion about the two over here.

As I said before, I never tried borscht before, but I know, that there are many variations, which differ by regions, there are also variations with meat.
Also a stew can just be cooked with vegetable.

You're welcome to Romania anytime. My country is very beautiful but it has such a bad reputation in Western Europe.

I cooked borscht myself today. It's not exactly the same as Ruslana's but still it tastes very good. (I got positive feedback on Facebook from girls ahahahah)
