I like Shakira - two songs. Ojos Asi and Whenever, Whenever. Ojos Asi is better.
But comparing with Ruslana from who I like almost all the songs - guess who I like more. 
I think Ruslana is the best!!!
Btw. do you know that Ruslana is sometimes called as "Shakira from Ukraine?"

I don't think so. There is only similar covering by lights. Ruslana dances in the beach, shinning Wild Energy or riding the horse and dancing arround the fire. Shakira is alone in the videoclip Whenever Whenever, she's like flying above everything. It has got totally another mood than Oj, zagraj mi, muzichenku.
